Installing Adobe AIR 1.5 on Ubuntu

Recently I’ve been trying to get the new BBC iPlayer Desktop for Linux working on my Ubuntu workstation, it requires Adobe AIR 1.5 and Adobe Flash 10. NetworkManager and Ubuntu Dapper Drake 6.04
