…the mice will eat Sushi! 
OK, maybe not Sushi eating mice. While my wife is away on business this week and I am going to have some fun in the kitchen. I know the basics behind making Sushi and I have got myself a bamboo rolling mat, some Nori seaweed, Shoyu (Japanese soy sauce), Wasabi, Sake, pickled ginger and an assortment of fresh seafood at the ready.
A little help is always welcome so I will be using the following web pages as reference and inspiration for some creations of my own…
