Jaws Local URL Hack

The Local URL Hack for Jaws changes the way FastLinks and Friends URLs are opened. By default all links in FastLinks and Friends open in the current browser window but after this hack has been installed any links which are external to your website will be opened in a new browser window whilst links referencing your own website will continue to open in the current browser window.
Many thanks to Chris, one of the Minerva developers, for creating the regular expressions and therefore making this hack work correctly
