<p>OK, maybe not Sushi eating mice. While my wife is away on business this week and I am going to have some fun in the kitchen. I know the basics behind making Sushi and I have got myself a bamboo rolling mat, some Nori seaweed, Shoyu (Japanese soy sauce), Wasabi, Sake, pickled ginger and an assortment of fresh seafood at the ready.</p>

The border looks much better for being planted out but, once they are established, I can&#8217;t wait to start havesting my new crop <img src='http://blog.flexion.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />  So far I have planted Chive, Mint, Basil, Red Basil, Thyme, Lavender, Oregano, Sage, Rosemary and Parsely. I just need some Corriander and I will be happy.</p>
